It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally picked up. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
