Dr. Zervos misdiagnosed the problem in my foot after my ankle sprain. He did surgery, which did not help the problem and left me with some nerve damage (which resolved itself after about a year.) He told me I could resume normal activities, but I was unable to and ended up with more pain as a result of this advice. After I complained about continuing pain in this ankle, Dr . Zervos told me he could no longer treat me. I ended up going to another doctor in Pittsburgh, who diagnosed me correctly and performed a second surgery to fix what should have been fixed the first time around. I wish I had not wasted my time and my money with Dr. Zervos.
Furthermore, he also did bunion surgery for my mother a few years later, but failed to fix the underlying problem. Her bunion returned within a few months, and she has stated that she is also very dissatisfied with Dr. Zervos.

I first went to Dr. Zervos in March of 2008...my first appointment my foot surgery was scheduled for April 2008. My foot was in very bad shape from rheumatoid arthritis I was actually walking on the side of my foot...not the bottom. Thanks to Dr. Zervos, my foot now is almost completely flat and I can walk on the bottom of my foot again. I think he is the best! My next surgery consists of a total knee replacement, probably on both knees sometime this spring...and I'm not even getting nervous about it because I have complete trust in Dr. Zervos.
