Wait time was managable but could have been better. Dr. Douglas is a very friendly person and we are able to discuss any problem I have and he seems to listen and care about how to resolve my problem. HOWEVER, it ends there. Everytime I have had a problem and scheduled an appointment to see him, which is about twice a year, after the appointment I am told to wait for the results. Each time after about two weeks I start to call back and can never get answers. I am currently losing weight at a great pace about 5 lbs per week for six weeks now. I am sick 24 hours a day everyday for six weeks. I have had tests run by Dr. Douglas but had no communication what the problem might be. I was told they would schedule a specialist to see me and again, I can get any information from them if this has occured or not. I have to assume there is a problem with the office staff as much as a problem with his time managment. This is not a doctor I would recommend.
