They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Dr. Duffy should really consider re training or completely getting a new staff -- they are the rudest girls that I have ever met! They will completely ignore you when you are standing at the window, I have had to wait almost an hour before I was even taken back for a urine test. While the person that takes you in was outside smoking cig after cig. You almost felt like she & the fellow co-worker were laughing at you. Then if there was an issue with the urine test instead of taking you back and talking to you they would question you in front of everyone in the waiting room and it made you look like you were a heroin addict. I have NEVER used herion but on 2 different occassions I was questioned like I was a junkie. Every time you go you are charged $125 for a urine test, sometimes you pay $250, $200, $140, $75 -- you just never know until you get ready to leave and they give you your next appt. I had bloodwork done and I was charged $300. Of course all of this was cash only. I would not recommend anyone to even start going to see Dr. Duffy. You spend ALOT of time and money. Every time I went I would spend from anywhere to 3 hrs to 6 hrs at the office. The majority was just sitting in the waiting room. The staff made my visit very unpleasant every single time I went to Dr. Duffy. None of those girls should have a position that they have to interact with people with medical issues. I will be submitting review on every website that I can. This place is a joke!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
