They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is a friendly, welcoming staff. They are warm and professional, I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. We will be going back.

Dr. Uman explained all the risks and benefits of my son's treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Dr. Uman treats my child as the patient, not me, which I appreciate. He explains everything to BOTH my 11 year old and I, which helps my child feel more confident and secure. He is compassionate and truly listens to what both my son and I have to say. His nurses respond quickly to my messages and are very helpful and cheerful.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not really. They have a nurse on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable, but that's it
