I saw Dr Dippel in 2002-2003, at which time he mailed me a form letter saying he was leaving his practice to pursue a relationship with a client. The letter was not the least bit apologetic, and can best be described as "snarky". He made no referrals. I felt ridiculous explaining this situation to my next doctor. I am shocked to see he is still practicing.
