The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It has been 20 years since I have seen this Dr.
