The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

Great surgeon but has substandard "bedside manner." PA steps in and ends up managing the patient relations. As a result, questions don't get answered in a timely manner and much-needed information isn't communicated well, if at all.
