I love Dr.Zhai. She has been my PCP for four years. She listens, is compassionate,thorough and I feel like we are partners in my health care. The only reason I did not give her 5 stars is because of her staff. They have always been pleasant but communications have broken down, eapecially since she moved her office. I have left messages for her nurse she claims she never received or got late.R ecently an urgent message I left for her was not marked as such causing a delayed response of over 24 hour.I was not told when an RX was sent to my pharmacy causing a two day delay in getting started on my medication . Unfortunately I may need to find a new Internist if this office does not improve.
