I'd rate her and her assistant very highly. At least one procedure for my wife and 2 for myself with comfort and confidence. Much better than my prior GI and she keeps the explanations simple but concise, in my book.

I've had some bad doctoring in my time, but this doctor takes the cake. I wound up in the hospital under her "care." in the build-up before being hospitalized, she was in transition from one practice to another, so she was hard to reach, and when I did reach her, she made me feel like I was just a big inconvenience. When my condition was clearly worsening (rapid weight loss, high blood loss), I had to plead repeatedly to get her to admit me to the hospital for stabilization. I think she was hesitant because she was new in her practice there and perhaps she thought that admitting a patient in my condition would look bad for her new practice. When she finally did admit me, it took the hospital staff to recognize the true seriousness of my condition. Also, easily the worst bedside manner ever. Verbally abusive (I have witnesses of that), and projects her own unpopularity onto her patients – she told me straight up "no one likes you." Firstly, that isn't true. And secondly, what kind of doctor tells that to a patient? What is the motivation there? After firing her as my GI doc, I would learn that she was voted out of two group practices in as many years prior to starting her new practice there. Gee, I wonder why? Hindsight is always 20/20. You have been warned.
