The office was great and the procedure was easy and painless. But I didn't feel Dr Bernstein really listened to why I was there in the first place and was unable to offer any help. On my follow up appointment I felt that she was very impatient and made it feel like I was wasting her time and probably only wanted pain meds from her. No, I wanted a diagnosis and treatment.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They appeared to have lost test results from 5 years ago, but they sent me a copy so maybe I can find it and send it to them for comparison. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I did have a few questions, but will know more in a couple of weeks when the lab results come in. I met the doctor for a few seconds before the procedure, when I was put to sleep.
