It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was a little unnerving that they weren't able to answer the majority of my questions. I left feeling a bit confused and frustrated. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.
