They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. This place is so fantastic about involving patients in their treatment method. They were curious about any input I had and took everything I had to say to heart. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
