There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff was quick to answer and help. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions. It is not hard to get follow up appointments when needed. I want answered. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were always quick and friendly.
