They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I highly recommend Dr. Zimmer -- his professionalism and interest in patient care is obvious. He's the best, and his office staff is professional and helpful.

I first saw Dr. Zimmer about 12 years ago for horrendous pain with plantar fasciitis. He was kind and kept me distracted while administering what I have to say was the shot from hell! The end result - pain free and no more issues.

Fast-forward to October 2009. Years of wearing mega-stilettos ruined my feet and I developed a severe bunion on the left foot which ultimately dislocated the bones in the second toe. The pain was awful, wearing shoes was a nightmare and cosmetically it was disconcerting.
Dr. Zimmer's initial examination was extremely thorough. He answered all my questions and his nurses: Linda and Connie were compassionate, kind and caring. The surgery was scheduled within days; Linda and /or Connie followed up to make sure I was OK, and follow-up appointments were fine.

I was fortunate my foot did not swell like most others would have, and 3.5 months later, I'm wearing shoes with a moderate heel, and my foot looks normal. When it's time to have the right foot operated (it's not nearly as bad as the left, but I'm being pro-active), I will definitely return to Dr. Zimmer and his team and highly recommend them to anyone needing foot and/or ankle surgery. The care is bar none.
