The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance.
