Good doctors, BAD front office. When you call in to schedule an appointment or talk to a nurse upon answering the phone they ask to put you on hold- which will last 7-15 minutes. Then when you ask the front office a question out of the box they can not/will not think on their own. If you question them they'll give you their southern attitude-- I had the lady actually say "umm muu" I am such she smacked her lips after I hung up.

The doctors are decent if you can get past the front desk.


They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was kind of unimpressed with my experience here so I'm not sure if I would recommend them, but I wouldn't persuade others not to go either. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.
