They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I went to talk about a trial of labour for a VBAC after 2 cesareans. He was willing, though not the other doctors in the group he's in. He would nto let me walk around though I could sit ina chair. This made me not as satisfied as I would have been normally, though it's mainly because the Hospital doesn't have the type of fetal monitoring that allows me to walk around, not because of Dr. Tchabo himself. Dr. Tchabo and the staff were wonderful as far as making me feel like they cared. I think they really do care. I would definitely recommend him. The office was easy enough to find.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They had already reviewed my medical history, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I was hoping to be seen sooner. My Insurance infomation for some reason wasn't found in file due to office system being updated? I was pizzle how and why my Insurance information wasn't there and even more upset when I begin to get bills from there and the lab. I have been to him several times not sure why information wasn't find. Front office mention that issue was due to hiring of a new staff. Dr Tchabo is the BEST !!!!!
