They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
