They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
