The doctor is great! He has made my son feel so much better! The nurses and staff in the Martinsurg WV office are not friendly at all. In fact they seem rude. I've called and spoke to a nurse over the phone who spoke very
unkind to me when my child was having an allergic reaction! The Winchester VA staff all seem very friendly. Do I need to drive 22 miles for kinder service? The Martinsburg office is 1 mile away. Hoping things get better there or we may just try to find a different place nearby.
