They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Dr. Charland spends a lot of time with her patients and provides excellent care. She was recommended to me, and I recommend her often to others.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
