I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though.They had a few different appointment times available but they are few and far between because the doctor is so busy. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door because everyone is busy behind a window or a busy nurse tending to patients. Be ready. They expect full payment by the next visit or no procedure takes place. Dr. Winikur seems to know exactly what he is doing. He has quite a lot of experience and I guess as they say, with age comes knowledge. I will be going back.
