Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
