I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain They make an extra effort to never cancel my appointments. I know I can always count on them to follow through. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I wasn't worried about their equipment at all. I could tell it was safe and well taken care of.
