They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
