I hate finding new doctors, it's such a commitment. Dr. Hinson made me feel comfortable, she was very personable and easy to talk to, answered all my questions. Her staff was incredible, we got in and out very quickly (I say we because I had some kids in tow, which wasn't a problem here). I'm very happy with her and her entire office. My only issue is that I was told to call after a couple months and I have, but I've only been able to leave messages. I haven't been able to get to the phone when they called back (once I was five seconds away from getting it in time, but when I called back, you guessed it! Leave a message!), so now I've been a week without birth control just because they can't be bothered to actually answer the phone? Again, the office experience is fantastic, and this may be just a little hiccup in the grand scheme of things, and others might have better luck with reaching them on the phone. I still plan on keeping this doctor.

She is a nightmare. Steer clear.
Mis-diagnosis. Mistakes. Lack of communication with my insurance leading ME to be sent to collections.
Biggest medical mistake of my life, choosing to see this woman.
