Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed.
