They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was impressed with their office equipment. Everything was current and met safety standards. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
