I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They were not able to diagnose my condition quickly. In fact it is still undiagnosed and am searching for answers. The office was easy enough to find. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The staff members were rude to the doctor and he left the room momentarily. It was an unprofessional interaction. I was not impressed.

It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it, after having to call back to the office. The phone receptionist was not helpful, is unprofetional and lacked phone etacit.They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, the bathrooms are mantained by the building not the Dr. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. I felt rushed, the Dr. had no bed side manors. They did not have me sign a Patient confadencality papers, and I had to shut the door behind the nurse and the Dr. Very poor, service. If it was not so close to school I would request another Dr. Would never refer another person to this office or Dr.
