Dr. Steinhauser obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, in Philadelphia. While at Temple University he was a member of the Anatomical Honor Society. He then completed his three-year surgical residency training at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in the same city.
Dr. Steinhauser is currently board qualified in Foot Surgery and in Reconstructive Rear Foot & Ankle Surgery with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is currently active at The Methodist Hospital Medical Center, Methodist Hospital Sugar Land, Tenet Park Plaza Hospital, Memorial Hermann Hospital Houston, Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Altus Surgical Center, Elite Surgery Center, and River Oaks Surgery Center.
