At Legacy Women’s Health we strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment for you, our patient. Our office will build a relationship with you that places an emphasis on trust. We will work together as team to empower you with the knowledge to be part of the decision making process. We will support you during every stage of your journey through life, helping you create a lasting legacy.

Dr. Caram, a native Houstonian, is happy to be practicing in Dallas and serve women of all ages at Legacy Women's Health.

She received her undergraduate degree from Rice University followed by her doctorate of medicine from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. She completed her internship and OB/Gyn residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. There she received multiple awards for her teaching, including the Golden Apple Award two years in a row given by the medical students and the Second Year Resident Teaching Award awarded by the internship class. She also participated in research in which she won the Devereaux Resident Teaching Award.

In her spare time Dr. Caram enjoys spending time at the Dallas Arboretum, traveling, and watching college and professional football.

I had given a 5 star, but after today I had to knock it down a few notches... Im very disappointed with what took place. I was a patient here and Dr. Caram even delivered my child in 2017. I have been having terrible hormone imbalances and seriously am in need of help for my hormonal health. I made an appointment for today, I arrived on time. When i made the appointment I told her i was a cash patient and ask how much it would be. The receptionist told me it would be $90 except I had a $40 credit so I would only have to pay $50. When I got there she was updating my information at the desk and it came time to pay for my appointment. It turns out not only did I NOT have a $40 credit , I had a past due amount of $142 that i had never received a bill for. I said, OK can I just pay the $90 now and either call tomorrow after I get my paycheck to pay the $142 or I can set up a payment plan to take care of it. She checked with someone named Melissa in the back who told her "No it must be paid in full today before being seen" . I had been waiting on this appointment for two weeks, I needed to find out whats going on with me and my awful hormone imbalance. I took the 2nd half of my day off from work and drove to downtown 30 min from my home to make this appointment only to be turned away because I couldn't PAY IN FULL right then ($250 more than I had anticipated by the way) . I will never go back to this dr office again , not only am I an existing patient since 2017, my oldest daughter is a patient also. I felt completely disregarded as if my health was not a priority. Any physicians office that will put the bottom line over a patients health should rethink why they are in practice.

Dr Caram was a wonderful dr the day I went in for the first time. She is really down to earth person.
