I've only visited Dr. Francis once, and I'll be returning. Friendly staff and doctor. Took plenty of time with me and actually listened to my symptoms. I was shocked when he suggested a very effective drug for my long-lasting cough that it took my previous primary care 2 years to suggest. I usually feel like I have to fight to get what I need from some doctors, and that wasn't the case with Dr. Francis at all. In fact, I am going to let him treat my hypothyroidism and drop my endocrinologist who doesn't listen well anymore.

I was a patient with Dr. Francis for 12.5 years before I relocated to another city and boy do I miss him and his staff! Great job Dr. Francis; thanks for all the years of taking care of me.
