I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I will not be recommending this pediatrician to any of our friends. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
