Probably the most thorough pediatrician I've ever used. The office staff, however, is the WORST!!!! Don't expect anything done correctly or timely. They have lost my son's file, neglected to send required referrals and are the laziest people. I've seen better service at McDonald's. All you'll ever get is one excuse after another for why they didn't do what they were supposed to do. My favorite was while I was waiting at the desk, one girl was on a personal call (that she did not end, so I had to wait for the other girl to come back) the other girl shows up, picked up a call that was on hold, and explained to that person how they hadn't gotten to it yet because they were soooooooo busy. She hung up the phone, nodded at me and started talking about food to the other girl who had just hung up. After she pulled my file, I sat down and watched both of them talk about personal issues (the whole 20 minutes I waited) without once ever typing anything, touching a piece of paper or answering a phone call.
