Dr. Anderson has been my pediatrician since 2000. I am 100% satisfied with the facility, staff, and care provided by Dr. Anderson. My oldest son will be 12 this year and Dr. Anderson still remembers things from memory that happened when he was young. This kind of connection makes me feel there is a real since of love for my children and I trust he will always provide the best care. It is like visiting family/friends. (Nurses awesome too!) I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for and it is always clean. TV's, toys, magazines, fish aquarium.... helps with long waits. If there is a negative it would be with the billing department - I have had several issues with this area. And they are NOT flexible. Also: Wellness check-ups needs to be scheduled 60-90 days in advance. This can be an issue since I am so busy it is hard to predict what will be going on in 3 months and if you cancel you better bet it will be another 90 days before you get back in. Guess being popular means you do a wonderful job _ that is best way to think about it. Overall 5 STARS!!! I would not go any where else
