This doctor WAS great, now its just ghetto and so unorganized. You no longer get an appt with the actual Dr. Garcia, only his doc assistants. To make matters worst, most of his staff speak Spanish as a PRIMARY language (which is great to be bilingual) but not so great when you don't understand their English. They seem to drop the ball on so many things. Its as if they care more about the money and book more people than they can actually take. So in turn, gives bad service, since they are trying to see way too many patients all at once. They triple book appts!!! Three things that made me leave this doctor was 1) They never called me back with test results (I had to keep up with them..you would think they would care about their patients enough to give results, especially when they came back with issues...a huge NO NO from this office) 2) They always forgot to call in prescriptions, so every time I was at the pharmacy ready to pick up, they would inform me that the doc hadn't sent it yet..and i would have to call the doc office and they would give me all sorts of excuses for forgetting 3) When having to see a specialist, they are suppose to send over the referral and set up the appt for the patients, but they would NOT do it till 1 to 2 months after seeing the doctor. So I started doing it for my kids......I can go on and on about ALL the wrongs this doctor needs to fix in his office. But instead, I moved to to get away from all his mess. But again, how can the doctor know whats going on in his office, if he is NOT SEEING HIS PATIENTS ANYMORE!!!!
