They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
