you make an appointment, and you are aware you have to wait a couple of minutes 15 minutes or so... but lately I have been waiting for more than an hour to the Dr see my kid... so much for appointments, they should consider that most of us have a job. and if the doctor has an emergency they should call their patients to let them know... instead of making them wait more than an hour.
