They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
