They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

A loved one was going through a bipolar episode, one that led to extreme behavior that almost got them arrested in one instance, greatly hurt in another. They were not taking their medication. When I asked the doctor for advice on what to do, he just he believed the loved one of mine when he said he was still taking medication. It's like he completely forgot that bipolar people commonly stop taking their meds and lie about. I figured he would have the training to spot that. Plus the entire time I spoke to him, he had a cold, uncaring tone
