They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I feel the girl at the front desk treats the patients like we are lower life forms because we have problems and that we are just a bother to her. She is very short with people and discourteous

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
