There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I wasn't overly impressed with them to be honest. They were polite enough, but they never went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
Her staff is pretty much just doing their jobs but Dr Crowder and I have a special relationship and she almost always comes to my rescue and treats me with love! She even has helped me clear up a couple different insurance mishaps that were not her responsibility to handle! I love her!! Oh and I've been seeing her for 12 years now!! :)
