They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
