If I were able to give a negative rating I definitely would =/ This lady is horrible and Idk how she has a 4.5 with 9 reviews, probably staff and family reviews...
Back in 2007 I got pregnant after being molested at the age of 16. An acquaintance referred me to her stating that she was very good so I made my appointment.
Lagunas told me to undress (yes it's normal) and I was very shy and she said "you are able to undress for sex but you're being difficult with a professional" in a bitchy tone, so disrespectful! I didn't say anything and did as she instructed then laid back to let her do her thing.
She then told me to spread my legs as wide as possible so she could do a pap, once again I wasn't cooperating much and she literally forced my legs open. After doing that she took me to another room to do an ultrasound.
The ultrasound di not show anything and she then did an ultra-vaginal ultrasound which showed that my uterus was occupied but the sack was empty. She informed me that I had a partial miscarriage and that I would pass the remaining of what was inside sometime that week.
She didn't lie, 3 days after I started cramping and bleeding so much that the sweats I was wearing got full of blood and I had to change. About an hour later I got into the bath with warm water because I was in such horrible pain and she wouldn't answer the emergency number (maybe because it was a Friday) and not even 5 minutes later, the whole tub and water were full of blood. I ended up in the hospital and the doctors told me I could have had a hemorrhage or gotten an infection that would prevent me from getting pregnant once again.
It was physically painful, I now have 2 kids and the pain was almost as bad as contractions, no joke. Not only that but it was emotionally painful, it still is even though it has been almost 7 years. Maybe she's a good ob now but she wasn't at the time and I wish I never would have met her...

Doctor seems as if she is in a hurry.Shows little to no concern, didnt even notify my wife that her pregnancy was actually behind than stated. I have read another review about this doctor resulting in a mis-carriage.Scary to think and now I understand why. Seems as if there is no passion when it to comes to her field. Also on the ultrasound ,she stated that it was 80/20 on gender, but yet on paperwork stated a specific gender. Her words were not to buy anything for a specific gender we ask about another ultrasound ,says she has some info where we can go for 99 dollars.
