Dr. Monti is one of the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and kind OB/Gyns I've ever had. She has delivered 3 of my 5 children by C-section, and I will never use another doctor for my obstetric or gynecological needs. It was her bedside manner that drew me to her to begin with: we suffered our first miscarriage when we were new to Dallas, and Dr. Monti's kindness and sympathy helped ease the pain when we learned our child had died in utero. She hugged me and sympathized with me rather than being cold and professional and spouting statistics, which I've experienced with other doctors.

Her office waits vary, depending on whether she has to deliver a baby, which is to be expected: babies have their own arrival schedule. Sometimes we can get in quickly, but there have been times when we've had to wait an hour or so. However, the office staff is wonderful, and I've found that I can call in advance to see if Dr. Monti is running on schedule or if I should wait before I come in for my appointment.

The beautiful thing is that Dr. Monti is the one who will see you through your entire pregnancy, and she will be there for the delivery whether C-section or vaginal. I cannot recommend her enough. An added bonus is that if you have high-risk pregnancies, she's the doctor for you. She also performs sonograms during each visit, so we were able to watch our little ones grow.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
