I saw Dr. Berry last week for a much needed u/s due to having a lot of pain and a history of two ectopic pregnancy. When I got to the office, before I could even fill out new patient info, they wanted me to pay them in full. The results of the u/s where not good as we could not see anything in my uterus. I was instructed to get bloodworm done and a follow up u/s in two weeks. I was told the dr would be on call thru weekend and would receive the blood work. I had to be hospitalized the next day for an ectopic pregnancy. The ER doctor tried to contact the dr berry several times and left voicemails but got NO response. 3 days after seeing him,( on Monday afternoon) his nurse called to say after looking at my blood work she would recommend I go to the hospital. LUCKILY I did not wait on them to do their job or I might not be here today. They are VERY prompt to get paid, but that was all. Oh and they even sent me a bill saying they ended up charging me more money for the u/s as they had quoted me a different one, so now I have a unpaid balance. Unbelievable!

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
