I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love this man he does everything in his power to help you. I drive an hour even tho there are other OBGYN closer to me. He really listen to what you have to say. I called the other day to get test results and Dr. Mondini got on the phone with me to talk about my results. Very happy with this obgyn!!!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
