Tried to be helpful, but ultimately came away with no diagnosis. You better be able to pay the bills that insurance won't. He will ask/get every test in the book. Pretty sure most families CANNOT afford this approach.

Methodist billing department is a nightmare if there ever was one. Won't and can't afford to go back. Sure hope that academic approach works for someone.
