Dr. Pitts is very personable and has a good bedside manner. However, I was completely blown away by his policy and instructions after coming down with the Chinese virus. His stafff instructed me to take vitamins, which I had already been taking. I Communicated to his nurse that I had an infection in my chest which I have dealt with bronchitis most of my life. I knew that I needed an antibiotic because the infection in my chest was bacterial because I have experienced that many times before.

To my amazement, the nurse instructed me to come in and get the vaccine and did not prescribe any antibiotics, steroids or an inhaler for my chest.

Thankfully, I called my second doctor and he prescribed an anabiotic and a steroid and an inhaler for my chest and I have recovered for the most part fairly quickly.

I’m not sure how Dr Pitts and his staff can be so uninformed in regards to how to treat Covid with therapeutics. It’s pretty common knowledge that there our therapeutics that can treat Covid successfully.

My advice is not to use Dr. Pitts because of these issues.

After call back from office verifying accept my ins. make appt, then go. Dr pitts was great. 3-4 wks later I get a bill for $250 and says they don't take my ins! Are they kidding me?! Not sure if I will pay the $12 co pay they are owed. ---very disappointed in office staff manager
